All content is created, uploaded, owned, and verified by FindYourDocs.
Users are not permitted to upload, sell, host, or distribute their own files through the Platform.

Due to the digital nature of the Platform and its content, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
In rare cases involving a verified technical failure or defective file, FindYourDocs may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement file or other appropriate resolution.
All resources available on FindYourDocs are provided for personal or internal business use only.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
Users are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the use of FindYourDocs content.
FindYourDocs bears no responsibility for commercial, financial, operational, or legal consequences arising from such use.
Creating an account is optional but recommended to access additional features such as saved items and download history.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
FindYourDocs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
FindYourDocs shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to system failures, internet outages, governmental actions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FindYourDocs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
